We’re proud to announce that Shen Yun is about to turn 18. This upcoming 2024 season will be one of our most exciting yet and, with nearly 800 performances, most of you will be able to catch us wherever you are!

Thanks to last year’s tour ending again at our usual time in May, the artists were able to resume a normal schedule of rehearsal and preparation. But even though they had more time to prepare the production this year, they also had a busy offseason filled with dance and music competitions, Symphony Orchestra performances, and more.

With new stories, new costumes, and new music, Shen Yun 2024 will dazzle your senses. If you haven’t seen us before, prepare to be transported to ancient times, vast grasslands, majestic palaces, and celestial realms; mythical legends are brought to life alongside literary classics, modern tales of courage and hope, and humorous stories filled with colorful characters and their wacky antics.

 

The other cornerstones of the performances are there as always—classical Chinese dance, a live orchestra combining East and West, animated 3D backdrops, bel canto singers, and erhu soloists.

And so, as our performers prepare to hit the road, we invite you to prepare for a night of dance, music, and traditional culture. We hope you’ll leave smiling and inspired!

First performances take place in late December, starting with Nagoya, Japan (Dec. 22), Houston, TX (Dec. 26), Ft. Lauderdale, FL (Dec. 26), Florence, Italy (Dec. 27), Boston, MA (Dec. 28), San Jose, CA (Dec. 29), Dallas, TX (Dec. 29), and Birmingham, UK (Dec. 29). 

Some highlights to look forward to on our upcoming tour include first-ever shows in Puerto Rico, month-long runs in Japan, Italy, and England, as well as performances in gorgeous historical theaters like Prague State Opera and Parma’s Teatro Regio.
